Product Description |
| The Valeo burst-resistant 75-centimeter body ball helps improve your core strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and muscle tone, making it an ideal addition to your exercise arsenal. Sitting on the body ball forces your body to stay balanced, thereby strengthening your stabilizing muscles and core. As a result, the exercise ball makes a terrific desk chair. As an alternative, you can design an extremely effective workout routine using the ball as a bench for dumbbell flies, shoulder presses, or ab crunches. Packaged with a workout DVD, a dual-action air pump, a wall chart with a step-by-step exercise program, plugs, and a measuring tape, the ball is a terrific choice for users of all exercise levels. Don't Buy This Ball
|

| This ball has the worst pump I've ever used. Cheesy is a word that comes to mind. The tubing is too short, the bellow is the cheapest thing I've ever seen, and it was a struggle from the beginning. This is a 75 cm ball, but there is no way that this ball can be pumped up to that size. Terrible. Don't bother. Go to a retail store, and buy a ball and get the store clerk to pump it up for you. |
Bad Choice!

| Didn't get the brand, or color I ordered. Missing the DVD. and the pump broke before the ball was even half way inflated! When I called to get the right stuff they said I would have to send it back at my own cost. Very displeased! |

| While the delivery was prompt, this ball does not inflate properly and creates an egg shape versus a rounded shape, making it very difficult to achieve the proper positioning for some exercises. |
Decent ball for the price, or it used to be.

I bought 4 of these at a cheaper sale price, and if they were at the same price I would buy more.
Pump is lousy, and the ball does stretch, which makes it seem like it loses air. It might also lose air, too, that would not surprise me given how cheaply produced this line is. And it's good that it stretches, it makes it more comfortable.
But the cost/benefit ratio is good. Or at least it was.
But if this is the new price, then it's still a decent ball. Gray, not some ugly garish color. 75cm, not some smaller crap, since when it stretches you will want the extra cushion. Very stinky, but as usual that fades over time. |
Good product

| I'm happy with it, mine is holding air just fine. I like the metallic grey color. The pump isn't great but it did the job, I would recommend using an electric pump if you have one. |
