Then, I read a book from Ross Enamait titled Never Gymless. Reading the book seemed like light bulbs turning on in my head! The book took me by the hand in how to improve my physique quickly!</p><p>Ross mentioned in the book that there are no secrets in achieving great results. Only through hard work and dedication is the only thing that distinguishes champions from losers! Most of the things he mentioned in the book covers about body weight exercises. No equipments needed, just your body!</p><p>I can't believe how simple it is. I just remembered in one point of my life where I usually isolate my body parts in a machine to improve my body. From Ross, that is just wrong! The secret is use your whole body in exercising using push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and much more! He also does not believe in low intensity workouts. The key here is high intensity. Doing workouts that literally brings you to hell is much more effective than those exercise equipments going out in the market.</p><p>His book, Never Gymless shows you no B.S. training that will give you fantastic results. I only want to share this to you because of what it has done to my body and health.
